After 15-year wait, Cameroon finally Cameroon came from a goal down to beat Pharaohs of Egypt 2-1 to lift the prestigious African Cup of Nations title for the 5th time and also a place in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup.
Mohamed Elneny opened the scoring for the Pharaohs of Egypt on the 22nd minutes, but Nicolas N'Koulou returned the favour as the Hugo Broos man cancelled out the Egyptian goal after the restart of the second half on the 59th minutes.
It looked as if the game was heading for an extra time but, out of the moon, Vincent Aboubakar delivered the killer blow as he netted the winning goal to sealed the victory and the title for the Cameroon.
